Dev owes money for a power bill and Jake Karhoff has come collecting. If Dev doesn’t pay the bill he takes the risk of having his power shut off. He claims he forgot to pay it. Jake mentions a foot massage at MY FRIEND’s FEET and Dev immediately takes him up on it!
